There is a one off £10.00 admin fee payable at the time of joining. Once we receive notification that you are on the plan, we will contact you to arrange your appointment. A cooling off period is required before booking your first appointment, appointments booked within this time can go ahead but will not include the benefits of the practice plan.

This offer includes:
* You will be charged £50 for consultation appointment, it will later be deducted from the treatment cost.
